Honestly, I think it's not so hot for the mats. 630 Gold worth of mats for pretty much a caster Sword that doesn't know where it's going. By itself, it just doesn't have enough of one thing to be all that great. Such as 1% crit, more damage, more intellect, or more negative target resistance. There's just so many Blues that are almost on par with this since it doesn't really shine in any aspect except Stamina. Witchblade, Blade of the New Moon, Scepter of the Unholy. Those are just one-handers that aren't as good, but are very close to it. Staves in the same instances obviously take the cake for pure stats so it almost nullifies the huge Stamina this one-handed sword has.
There's really only a couple reasons why you'd want this Sword. You need something to spend half a thousand gold on until you get a better epic in a month, or you have a ton of negative target resistance from Ahn'Qiraj and you want more of it. If it was a requirement to make a caster legendary similar to the Sulfuron Hammer, then I'd be all for it.
