may i suggest building up a pug-network of some kind

that goes for everyone, not just yourself. when you get into a pickup group, and you were impressed by the dps/tank/healer, add them to your friends list. that way, youve got a drop-down list available at any time of people that you yourself have chosen for being capable 5man dungeon runners

i did something like that in anticipation of TBC, and i havent had a problem with organising groups since... it really changes your attitude to dungeons. when you always have 1 tank, 3 sick dps and 1 capable healer (who can maybe add their own damage too), 5man contents flash by with blazing and mindboggling speed.
the better your dps, the faster things die, so the less damage taken by tank, the less heals needed by the tank, more gold or badges over time, and its real satisfying to finish earlier than your estimates of runs. i used to think arcatraz was a 2-3 hour dungeon after my first attempt with 2 healers that were 'necessary'... shaved it down to 45mins the next day with a good group ...its just beautiful <3
SV frag is stealth-able (if youre a mage/rogue/druid)
PS - i didnt consider you guys being on zuluhed :S that might make it all the more necessary to have a list of people (or guilds) that you can rely on
