i remember a while ago one of you posted about some type of street musician who turned about to be someone who was apparently extremely well known, i was just wondering if this guy is up to par with him http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vUO6kYLb6As

The violin is an amazing instrument and unbelievably difficult to play well.  So while I don't want to detract from the guy in the link you posted, which I thought was unbelievably talented and making some really cool music, I don't think he's quite up to Joshual Bell's standards.

As you can see, it's definitely a different genre of music so it's hard to compare...  But I think Joshua Bell is generally considered to be one of the best classical musicians alive.
