Looks like Shadowbane meets Guild Wars meets World of Warcraft.

(WoW only gets the mention due to the exclamation point in the top left.)

So are Shadowbane and Guild Wars. (Well, no monthly fees, that is.)

It's not free nub.  You have to buy  in-game items to be competitive.  There's just not a se monthly fee, you can spend  s much or as little as you want.  In WoW you spend a set mnthly fee and then ear the right to be competitive by playin for hours on nd.  Wink

haha... yes I did... Now I'm sitting at a keyboard and it cracks me up.  You can see the little phone icon above the post, so whenever you see that on there give me a free pass on spelling and grammatical errors.  Wink

Nah S3, the items do not help you in any way be more competitive. They sell things like a travelers pack, which adds some space to your inventory, and its permanent, or lets say, a veterans amulet, that increase by 20% your experience, which is temporary. But the difference in having these items or not, is so insignificant, that it can in no way create a dent visible enough to make someone in 2Moons go: oh, you must buy items a lot. Cause really, the ingame action can do the same effect, if you know how to play well enough Smiley It's just a way for them to make *some* cash and keep servers running, and keep paying the people making the game, since it's still in open beta. I can say with complete confidence that in no way do you need to buy any items from the Acclaim shop at any point in the game in order to have a kickass character or a good gaming experience in general.  Roll Eyes
