Seems kind of silly. Everything's fine until everyone's AC malfunctions. Then you've got a an angry riot on your hands overthrowing the government; demanding snow cones.

Crazy stuffs... I heard about it on the nightly radio program we listen to last night...
Before too long, our toilets will only flush every so many hours and our showers/faucets will have timers on them so we don't use too much water.
