Really, my only question is the max on Ice Arrow.  Does improving it increase your chance of applying the movement decrease debuff?

Err. Alex. U've written fire and poison arrow none but u wont unlock explosion arrow without them

You don't need them for Explosion Arrow.  All the skills on the right side are just extra spells with no links to others/prerequisites.
