On lurker kill there was a much bigger gap   Tongue
Yeah, I don't have a SS of the data, but Voodooz destroyed that boss, something like ~1450dps. Recently I lost some +dmg and gained significant amounts of crit, but it seems it's better for me to stay with the +dmg for now. Undecided
As a note about that data, I think it includes a lot of AOE dps.

It should always be up, especially on bosses.  If you notice that no one is putting it up, let one of us locks know.

Yeah, same goes for Curse of Elements, we always should have both up on bosses.

Irudd had Curse of Elements (with talent) up most of the raid and I had Curse of Shadows.  We switched late in the raid because we went from 4 to 3 mages, but I think since we had a couple shadow priests, he should have been on Shadows the whole time.

I use the curse on any mob that's going to be alive for more than about 12 seconds.  Not worth it to curse and then cast one or two Shadow Bolts.

so, i may be way off here, but just a number for true dps is cool and all, but its what you do with it that matters. perhaps a bit of focus on actual damage done might shed some light on where u guys really are in relation to one another. you can put out 12-1400 dps for 5 min of a fight, but if u die, whats the point. i kinda think that u guys are all uber badasses and im jealous and proud all at the same time, but if you factor in the ammount of damage done vs. survivability in the fights, and actually look at total damage done and whatnot, i garantee those numbers and who is on top, and who is most raid effective and efficient will change, just my 2 cents...dont keel me

Admittadly, trash dps isn't all that important.  Damage done on a boss fight is probably the most important stat that DPS can shoot for.

Finally did a 25-man with Khellendross, so I can add him to the club of top damage dealers.

How far have you guys gotten on raid content now?  If ssc isn't complete may I suggest putting your Dicks away and learning how to coordinate within a raid context.  From what I remember about raiding it was nothing but who could out dps or heal who and when it came time to actually be coordinated or precise  everyone blamed everyone else for failing their task and justified that they were doing something right by having the most or close to the most dps or healing done.  Then again I hear that Blizzard has nerfed everything so much and gives epics out like candy that you can pug everything up to3/9 bt!

We're doing fine, except that Arne & Bucktweeter are holding us back.  We relearned the Hydross fight last night with a lot of new people and 1-shot Lurker.  Got Tidewalker to 1% on Sunday, so he'll be dead soon too.

Yea those two bastards were nothing but a burden to the raids and the game.  Glad to hear you guys are beatin' stuff down in ssc again though!
