Sadly, they are bind on pickup. If they weren't I would have gotten the guy from Task Force Horde to make them for me.

We may still have the pattern Nick... If I'm not mistaken the pattern is BOE and we've gotten like 40 of them.

You must be thinking of the belt of blasting, that one is certainly BOE, but the boots are definitely BOP.

It's cool though, since we've got 25 mans going again, ssc and tk shouldn't be too far off and that's where the pattern drops. But only Tailors are able to wear them.
