Ask me on Luktar, I think I still have the name of the person that made it for me.  They charged 100g + mats.  If Tryck is gone from Zuluhed, this other person might be the only one left that can make it.

Tryck made mine, and he is definitely gone from Zuluhed, or did a name change, which isn't really any different. I would check people from eternity and Task force horde. Both are doing the raids that drop the belt, I think.
